2. (of an idea, state of mind, etc) undeveloped or inactive, but potentially useful
The three-episode mini reading series “fallow” took place in the frame of COVEN BERLIN latest and ongoing issue LABOR OR LABOR at two different project spaces in Berlin, Neon Kunst and Kleiner Salon with various young alt and writers from all over the world. Three evenings full of poetry and magic.
