Sarah Schulman is the author of 9 novels, several plays, and five non-fiction books amongst other Israel/Palestine and the Queer International and The Gentrification of the mind: Witness to Lost Imagination. She has been a long term member of ACT UP and co-founded the Lesbian Avengers and the MIX: New York Queer Experimental Film Festival, as well as the Act Up Oral History Project.

With “Conflict Is Not Abuse: Overstating Harm, Community Responsibility and the Duty of Repair” Sarah Schulman introduced in Berlin on March 23rd 2015 at Kleiner Salon her brand new theoretical ideas from her yet-unfinished book, “Conflict is not Abuse”.
